Product Summary
The AD7520SD is a low cost, monolithic 10-bit multiplying digitial-to-analog converter packaged in a 16-pin DIP. The AD7520SD uses advanced CMOS and thin film technologies providing up to 10-bit accuaracy with TTL/DTL/CMOS compatibility. The AD7520SD operates from +5V to +15V supply dissipates only 20mW, including the ladder network.
